Refund of Premium

Premium refunds, less a processing fee, will be considered only for entry into the armed forces or if you are not eligible for this insurance under to the Eligibility Requirements. Unearned funds will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee, for the number of full months only. The refund request must be in writing and your Medical Insurance ID card must be returned with your request. Premium refunds will not be considered if a claim has been filed during the Period of Coverage. All refunds are subject to approval of the administrator.
