Claim Procedure

In the event of Sickness or Injury, you should report to the nearest physician or hospital. If you need assistance with finding a provider contact AIG Assist®.

Complete a claim form and send with all itemized bills, statements and receipts to AIG A&H Claims Department no more than 90 days after a covered loss occurs or end, or as soon after that as is reasonably possible. A claim form can be downloaded from isoa.org or we can e-mail/mail you one.

Please mail the completed claim form and accompanying documentation to AIG, Accident & Health Claims Department, P.O. Box 15701, Wilmington, DE 19850-5701.

Should it become necessary to check upon the status of your filed claim, you may call the claims office at (800) 551-0824 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday or e-mail ah.customer.service@aig.com .
